Frances leads our research and strategy practice. With deep experience in healthcare, she's worked on everything from clinical trial software to patient-facing services. She specializes in 0→1 design research, new product strategy, and desirability testing—helping teams shape early ideas with rigor and imagination. Her work blends systems thinking, creative framing, and surfacing actionable insight.
Spencer leads our technical and product execution. He's a developer and technologist with a rare mix of speed and depth—equally comfortable prototyping new interactions and building production-ready software. He's spent 10+ years as an editor at Techmeme, giving him a wide-angle view on tech trends and product feasibility. When you need a working tool yesterday, Spencer is who you want building it.
